Everyone has their culinary comfort zone—the handful of restaurants they patronize
based on geography, price and style of cuisine. There’s, the favorite Italian, the Mexican joint, the special occasion spot
and the meat-and-potatoes place they’ve been patronizing since they were old enough to chew.

That list is about to get a little longer thanks to Hotel Restaurant Week, a citywide event Saturday April 2 through Sunday,
April 9, 2011 in which hotel restaurant chefs are offering a three-course dinner for just $25. Participating restaurants
include Park 75 in the Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta and other hotel restaurants from across Atlanta—Midtown, Downtown
and Buckhead.

Week says the campaign isn’t just about giving Atlantans an incentive to treat themselves to a night out, it’s an invitation

safe with the menu, that it somehow takes more effort to come here for dinner than to go to a freestanding restaurant.
They trust us for weddings and large functions, but they don’t consider us a local restaurant where they can have a great
meal any night of the week.”

Kinjo Brothers Reinvent Their Flagship Restaurant to Incorporate After Hours Lounge

The Kinjo Brothers, owners of the acclaimed and five-star rated MF Buckhead, are at it again with the upcoming opening of MF Room.

MF Room, opening Thurs., Dec. 31, 2009, is located in the 1,500 square foot area at the rear of MF Buckhead’s main dining room. This space, once an overflow space for the main dining room, has been completely redesigned to become an upscale lounge and flexible private event venue.

With an atmosphere that is undeniably cool, MF Room will be the ‘must go’ spot for those looking for late night drinks and dining. Open Thursday through Saturday from 9pm until 2am the menu will feature Izakaya items (or small bites) of MF’s most popular specialty rolls created by Chef/Owner Chris Kinjo, with prices beginning at $6.

The design of the room evokes a feeling of gothic elegance, featuring a color scheme of black and grey, offset with white. The warmth of the room comes from the texture of the dark wood floors, the unique mirror and glass features and the original art pieces created by designer/owner Alex Kinjo.

MF Room has been a labor of love for Alex. He has worked for the last year putting together every detail of the room’s redesign, including the new layout and logo, to choosing the unique building materials and furniture that allows the room to be transformed into a variety of arrangements.

“I designed MF Room as a unique and innovative space that can be personalized for anything from a private dinner for 10 to a fashion show for hundreds.

The room’s flexibility comes from a few key features Kinjo focused on during the design process. The room is wired for audio/visual, logo projection, and many other state-of-the art enhancements.

MF Room: The newest concept from the Kinjo Brothers, MF Room seeks to provide Atlanta with the ultimate lounge experience. Combining a relaxed atmosphere with cocktails and signature small plates, MF Room evokes the feeling of an underground Japanese club. Entertainment begins at 7PM, offering both hotel guests and local Atlantans the opportunity to wind-down from the busy work day with renditions of jazz and R&B favorites, as well as music from Eric’s own chart-topping recordings.

Eric Essix, originally from Birmingham, Alabama, draws his musical inspiration from his southern roots and childhood influences of Miles Davis, Wes Montgomery and Jimi Hendrix. ATLANTA – Beginning today, Park 75 Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta is loosening its tie and removing its coat to reveal its true Southern roots. Most commonly known as a special occasion restaurant, Park 75 is transforming into a destination that Executive Chef Robert Gerstenecker considers ‘Southern Steak Redefined’—a lively place for dinner, drinks and laughter with friends and family. With a unique, protein-based, Southern-inspired menu; lower prices; and a few more enhancements to come; Park 75 has just begun to reveal its new persona.

The changes to the menu are designed to give diners a sense of place and fully envelop them in Atlanta’s Southern roots. From brunch to breakfast, lunch and dinner, all of Park 75’s menu items incorporate a mostly-protein menu laced with local ingredients, including those grown in Executive Chef Robert Gerstenecker’s new garden on the hotel’s roof. 1. How to Enter: GIVE US ‘YO’ BEST MOVES – CREATE A YOFORIA DANCE begins at 12pm EST Wednesday, August 26, 2009 and concludes at 11:59 pm EST Tuesday, September 8, 2009. Please read conditions of entry before submitting ‘Yo’ Best Moves. To enter the contest, participants must upload a 60-second dance video to the Yoforia Facebook page no later than 11:59 pm EST Tuesday, September 8, 2009.

2. The Video: The video may feature individual dancing or a group dance to the music of your choice. The dance video submitted should represent the Yoforia brand and feature the Yoforia frozen yogurt product in some way. Be creative!

3. How to Submit: Upload completed video at to the Yoforia Facebook Page. Please note – you must first become a fan of Yoforia on Facebook to upload videos. From the Yoforia Facebook Page, select video tab, select upload, and proceed to upload and save your dance video. Go back to the Yoforia Fan page to confirm that your video has been uploaded.

4. Conditions of Entry: (I) Videos must be submitted from one name, multiple submissions of the same video will gain no extra attention. (II) Video must be uploaded to Yoforia’s Facebook Page- no entries will be considered if posted in any other manner. (III) Videos featuring vulgar or illicit dancing, clothing or music will be disqualified. (IV) Videos featuring extreme, dangerous or illegal activities will be disqualified. (V) Videos should be no longer than 60-seconds in length. Any video that does not comply with these conditions of entry will not be disqualified.

5. Voting: The ‘Top Three’ finalists will be announced via facebook and twitter (@yoforia) on Friday, September 11, 2009 at 9am EST. The grand prize winner (1) will be chosen by Yoforia Fans via a voting option. Yoforia fans can vote from Friday, September 11, 2009 at 9am EST until Monday, September 14, 2009 at 11:59 PM EST. Winner will be announced Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at 12pm EST.

6. Prizes: Grand Prize winner will be notified via Facebook and will receive a Yoforia Party for a group or organization they are active members of – IE. Fraternity/Sorority, Sports Team, Religious Group, Homeowner’s Association, etc. at the Yoforia location of your choice. Frozen yogurt will be provided for up to 50 people and event must take place over one date and cannot be divided into separate events. Date/time of your event must be coordinated with local store. On Friday, March 20th, 2009 join artist Anthony Liggins as he gives us a "taste" of his immense creativity.

Liggins will share his favorite chocolate recipe with Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta's Executive Pastry Chef Christopher Jennings to be featured, along with other decadent chocolate treats, on the Chocolate Buffet.

Anthony Liggins is well known for his rustic, dreamlike abstracts and multi-layered paint process. After much success in fashion design, Liggins transferred his focus into the creation of fine art.
His works have garnered praise and attention globally and from such notable entities as The Smithsonian Institute, actress Angela Basset, Chef Roy Yamaguchi, and Delta Airlines.

Visitors will be able to view pieces of Liggins artwork at Four Seasons during the Chocolate Buffet on March 20th.

For this week's edition of the Celebrity Chocolate Buffet, Four Seasons Atlanta Executive Pastry Chef Christopher Jennings invites Danny Wuerffel into the kitchen to add his favorite chocolate dessert to the Chocolate Buffet.

Danny Wuerffel is one of the Univerisity of Florida's most celebrated football players of all time. Danny was the quarterback at UF from 1993 until 1996, when he led the Gators to a National Championship and became the second player in the University of Florida's history to win the Heisman.

These days, Danny Wuerffel is the Executive Director of Desire Street Ministries, an organization whose mission it is to encourage and equip leaders to transform impoverished neighborhoods through spiritual and community development.

The Official Launch of M-Squared PR

It all became a reality on Nov. 18, 2008. M-Squared was the highlight at MF Buckhead that evening when friends, supporters and media turned out to wish me well on this endeavor called 'entrepreneurship.' For once, I stepped back, looked at my logo and thought, 'Wow! I really did it!' Thanks to all who turned out to celebrate with me. That evening has been stamped in my mind forever! A special thanks to my dear, dear friend and fellow entrepreneur Ednita of Roots and Blooms for the decorations and to my clients at MF Buckhead for lending the Utage Room as the perfect setting for the launch of M-Squared!
